Ingredients
- 100 g of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 g of leeks
- 100 g of celery
- 300 g potatoes
- 20 g of butter
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of parsley
- 50 ml of cream
- Salt
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with the fine cutting disc finely chop the onion-garlic leeks and celery. Potatoes should be peeled and diced.
- Select the maximum temperature and stirring speed 1 and engage the stirring hook. In the bowl, place the butter. Saute the vegetables (except the potatoes) until they are tender (about 5-10 minutes). Bring the broth and potatoes to a boil. Temperature Maximum Speed 1 Time 5 - 10 minutes
