  1. The procedure for making lasagna with white meat sauce, creamy bechamel, minced meat, and chopped carrots is extremely simple. Begin by devoting yourself to the bechamel preparation.
  2. It is a French preparation that is used in many Italian dishes. A flour and butter roux is made, taking care to thoroughly combine the two ingredients.
  3. The milk is then added, stirring to dissolve any lumps that have formed, followed by the nutmeg. Everything is then brought to a gentle boil without reaching a full boil, and the bechamel is expected to take on its characteristic creamy and compact appearance.
  4. However, don't let it harden too much because it will finish cooking in the oven.
  5. Place the chopped carrots and onions in a pan, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  6. Then add the minced meat, a pinch of black pepper, salt, and nutmeg, and thoroughly cook the white sauce
  7. When you're ready, prepare a large, possibly rectangular baking tray. Begin by pouring some of the prepared bechamel on the bottom of the pan. Then, alternate the vertical and horizontal positioning of the lasagna sheets between the states. This will provide structure to the lasagna, preventing it from falling apart during cutting.
  8. Pour the minced meat and carrots into the pastry and cover with more béchamel. Replace the pastry, bechamel, and mince with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
  9. Three layers will suffice. The final layer will be made with puff pastry, bechamel, chopped parsley, and a generous amount of Parmesan. Preheat the oven to 180°F and bake for about 40 minutes. Much will depend on the oven's characteristics and the size of the portion.
