This is a traditional Italian meatball recipe that uses three different types of meat. Make this a complete and delicious dish by serving these delicacies with a rich tomato sauce that can be eaten with pasta.

  • 250 grams of ground pork
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of coarse salt
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 6 cups of marinara sauce, or tomato sauce
  • to taste of pepper
  • 1/3 cups of cow's milk


    1. Process the white bread into bread flour in a food processor and combine with the milk.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, onion, garlic, and egg. Mix everything together with your hands and season with pepper to taste.
    3. Make 18 meatloaves with your hands, about the size of a golf ball.
    4. Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 6-8 minutes before removing them from the oil.
    5. Return the meatballs to the skillet and top with the marinara sauce. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and leave the meatloaf to cook for another 15 minutes.
