Crepe Recipe No Butter

The crepes without milk (no butter) are recommended for those on a lactose-free diet perhaps because they are intolerantor if you want to follow a vegan diet  in which case the eggs must also be replaced.

Because there are many types of alternative vegetable milk on the market such as rice, soy, almond, oat, and so on, the crepes are easily adapted to be prepared without milk and dairy products in general.

After all the crepe dough must be liquid, and the milk serves only the purpose of diluting everything. Although it may appear trivial, you could also simply use water for this purpose.

Of course if you use water, the flavor of the crepes will be more drained, and the difference will be made by the type of filling, whether sweet or salty, but no one says you can’t use lactose-free alternative milk to add a touch of flavor.
