Ingredients

  • 150 gr of Dark Chocolate
  • 50 gr of Bitter Cocoa Powder
  • 180 gr of flour 00
  • 180 gr of White Sugar
  • 6 medium eggs
  • 200 gr of Butter
  • 8 gr of yeast for desserts
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

    1. Chop the chocolate coarsely with a knife, then melt it in a double boiler (or in the microwave). Put the previously diced butter and sugar in the bowl of the planetary mixer. Whip the whips on medium speed until they form a cream. Break one egg at a time and add it to the mixer, ensuring that it is completely absorbed before adding the next. Mix until you have a soft cream.
    2. Stir in the warmed chocolate until it is completely incorporated into the mixture. Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder directly into the mixture after adding a pinch of salt. Using a spatula, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
