Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients

  • One clove garlic

  • SEMI-SKIMMED MILK 200 ml

Instructions

    1. Rinse the chicken several times but do not soak it.
    2. Bone the chicken with a sharp knife to get as much meat as possible. Remove any skin and subcutaneous fat that you find.
    3. Cut each piece of chicken into cubes to make small pieces.
    4. To make the curry sauce combine the milk, a teaspoon of flour, a pinch of salt, and the tablespoon of curry in a small bowl.
    5. Using a hand whisk thoroughly combine everything, taking care to remove any lumps that may form.
    6. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil whole garlic, and shallot rings cut into rings, in a wok or pan Allow everything to dry before removing the garlic when it begins to darken.

  • Curry chicken can be prepared in a pan or wok, as well as in the oven or microwave. Some people cook the chicken in a pressure cooker for only ten minutes, beginning with the hiss.
