  • Philadelphia type cream cheese 570
  • Sugar 230
  • Eggs M 4
  • Liquid cream to assemble at least 35% of MG 280 ml

    1. Line an 18-20 cm high-walled mold and a removable base with slightly moistened parchment paper allowing it to protrude from the sides and preheat the oven to 210oC, with heat up and down.
    2. In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs and stir until smooth. To make the task easier, they should all be at room temperature, especially the cheese. Stir in the flour until it is completely incorporated. Finally, we add the cream, beat it until the dough is homogeneous, and fill the mold.
    3. For 40 minutes, we bake in the lower third of the oven. We turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for 4 or 5 hours with the door ajar, before serving.
