Baked Cheesecake

There are numerous cheesecake variations and each household has its own preferences whether it is to take the cheesecake with a more liquid interior or one that is completely curdled. You just have to decide which way you want it because I explain how to do it both ways

If you enjoy baking cakes I recommend the cheese and chocolate cake though the cake with three chocolates is also delicious. This jam-filled gypsy arm can even be filled with cheese. If you prefer puddings and puddings, you must make the flan without an oven and the cheese flan

You can also choose a traditional dessert such as rice pudding, torrijas, fried milk with sugar and cinnamon, or pests. Even some soft and fluffy homemade donuts or a traditional apple pie will suffice. And you can wash it all down with a cup of hot chocolate

Let’s go to the kitchen, shall we?

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Essence
  • 80 g of flour

Instructions

    1. To begin the baked cheesecake recipe and ensure a flawless result bring all of the ingredients to room temperature.
    2. Put the eggs, sugar, and rods in a bowl or large container and mix well.
    3. Ingredients for Baked Cheesecake
    4. Mix in the cream cheese and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well combined.
    5. After that, add the cream.
    6. Finally, add the flour and thoroughly combine until there are no lumps.
    7. If you see that you are unable to remove the lumps and wish to use the mixer in some step you may do so, but only in a small amount.
    8. When the cheesecake comes out of the oven with a sinking center, it's usually because too much air was mixed into the dough with the mixer. As a result, I recommend that you use the rods or only beat what is necessary.
    9. It's now time to make the mold for the baked cheesecake. I used a silicone mold with a diameter of 20 cm.
    10. Butter the sides of the mold and pour in the cheesecake liquid you've prepared.
    11. Place the mold in an oven that has been preheated to 180oC, in the middle, with heat up and down and no fan.
    12. The cheesecake should be ready in 40-45 minutes. If you want the creamiest center, leave it for 40 minutes, and if you want it fully done, wait until the center of the cake does not move. It may take a little longer in some ovens.
    13. If you're not sure if the cheesecake is done click it to double-check. If it comes out dry, that's the end of it.
    14. Remove it from the oven and place it on the counter to cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator.
    15. Carefully remove the mold and. Enjoy this baked cake marvel
